Autorol 90

The Autorol 90 machine is fully automatic and grants extremely high production up to 3.000 mts/hour, all the working phases are PLC controlled:

automatic take up of the tubes

cloth rolling up

cloth measuring

automatic stopping at the preset measure or on the sewing

automatic sewing cutting off

automatic roll weighing

automatic roll discharge.

Single or double cut automatic selection available.

The operator control panel includes an industrial type pc where all the working information are registered and also provides an easy diagnostic system.
