Steaming and shrinking machine

This new steaming and shrinking machine introduces an advanced concept :

Careful researches have proved that the percentage of moisture in fabrics is a very important factor for the optimization of steaming process .In fact the shrinkage effect is directly proportional to the fabric moisture and the machine steam consumption is reversely proportional to the fabric regain as you can see from the following graphics :

The humidity contained in the fabric when enters in contact with the steam it is transformed in steam too and this reaction is responsible of a stronger relaxation effect.
Another Ecovap advantage consists in a reduced steam consumption which is linked to the a.m. relation : by controlling the fabric humidity is it possible to drastically reduce the steam used quantity (fore more explanation see the automatic humidifier Igrofast page).
