KD GIGANTE is a state of the art decatizing machine: a single unit for permanent KD treatment and a true atmospheric decatizing with deep well pump. The new feature of KD GIGANTE constitute a crucial turning point in the field since they concern the size of the machine and also the basics of treatment and technical solutions. The size of the autoclave and of the decatizing rollers with internal tank for reduction of oxygen ("High Quality" patented system) are the main feature in addition to the exclusive "Roller Magazine" (patented) which contains three technical cloth rolls which can be easily and rapidly replaced or alternated on the machine allowing an extreme versatility on different treatments.

KD Gigante exclusive patents

1) High Quality System :extra-large decatising cylinders containing a sealed tank to reduce the internal air volume and reduce the steam treatment time.
2) Roll Magazine : with up to 3 technical cloth for fast replacement.
3) PC controlled modulating steam reduction valve : "Run-Up" cycle granting a progressive and delicate steam inlet phase which reduces the thermal and physic shocks to the fabric , particularly suitable for voluminous finish and soft handle.
4) Cold Cycle : special automatic system to detect eventual steam leakages during the first phase of the autoclave cycle.
5) Steam Quality Control Device : fully automatic electric steam overeaters to maintain constant steam supply quality irrespective of environmental conditions , it reduces the steam crossing time phase through the roll.
6) Combined Pressure-Tension System : pc controlled winding wrapper tension and compacting cylinder action. Variables free programming in order to compensate the fabric thickness loss during the treatment , it grant a perfect finishing uniformity.
7) Fabric outlet transport device : new solution consisting in 2 suspended arms providing an accurate "fabric transfer" from the cylinder to the discharge belt
8) Wrapper tensioning device : this solution consists in an intermediate "braking cylinder" placed in between the roller magazine cylinder and the decatising cylinder , it permits to minimize the mechanical stress and increase the life of the technical cloth.
