As a result of more than 20 years of researches and several international patent registrations (the first one dates back to 1987) a new plant has been set up, which marks a significant development in the wool and synthetic fabric finishing sector. Valentina is a continuous decatising machine working under steam pressure, equipped with an autoclave having a slit capable of performing various finishing treatments by combining different parameters.

Possible treatments:

1) Permanent finish combined with a prior pressing process (preferably using our Formula 1 machine) to obtain a shiny look and a smooth handle.
2) Permanent finish without any preliminary pressing operation, the bulky fabric is set inside the autoclave, thus obtaining unprecedented voluminous and dull effects ideal for ladies fabrics.
3) Final post-KD® finish which eliminates the fabric rigidity and reduces the shine by swelling the cloth so as to achieve a natural and very soft handle.
4) Permanent pre-dyeing setting process.
