THE FIRST AUTOCLAVE DECATIZING SYSTEM WITH INTEGRATED FABRIC PRESSING UNIT (PATENTED)
It is common knowledge that a pressed or decatized fabric tends to swell over the time. To avoid such a phenomenon, KD Jubilee presses/decatizes the fabric immediately before it gets winded around the decatizing cylinder that will be then processed inside the autoclave. The pressing/decatizing unit is positioned right before the rolling section of the KD machine, the working principle is quite simple, consisting in a steam heated roller with mirror chromed surface, partially winded by a special high thermal efficiency belt, the fabric which passes in between the steam heated roller and the tensioned belt gets pressed/decatized, using the well-known principle of modern silicone belt pressing systems. The advantages of KD Jubilee: no thickness recovery, constant fabric compactness and huge savings.
