Productivity and quality are the characteristics that better describe the new KD Futura. The extra-large decatizing cylinders technology, based on over 30 years of experience and tradition (“High Quality” patented system registered in 1983), is today improved by a loading capacity well over 1.200 metres of fabric, thanks to the exclusive space-saving trolley system and the use of a 1.888 mm autoclave. KD FUTURA is the response to the necessity of those customers who are looking for top quality standards combined with highly efficient production: the plant is equipped with the latest process control technologies, which can be integrated with the 3 packages Jubilee, Perfect and Knit. The exclusive patented Jubilee Package is a cost-saving solution for pressing the fabric during the roll preparation phase, to ensure absolute thickness evenness and an efficient pre-heating action, which allows to achieve an excellent treatment uniformity. The Perfect Package consists in three decatizing cylinders of 1.300 mm diameter, which produce thinner rolls (layers reduction up to 25% compared to 900 mm cylinders) for maximum versatility in voluminous and matt effects. The Knit Package enables to successfully treat delicate knitted fabrics avoiding the risk of elongation, crease formation and selvedge curling, available with standard and wide widths KD Futura new project furthermore unveils the latest ergonomic solutions and the best energy efficiency.
